Where do you get your fossils from?

We order my fossils from reliable sources in the USA, UK and Morocco. Sometimes we do get sellers from other countries, but that is rare. We have preferred sellers that we trust.
Do you sell fossils found in Canada or Alberta?

No! It is illegal to sell fossils found in Canada, especially Alberta. We get our North American fossils from USA where they have been dug out from private lands. But, I do have surface collected fossils from Canada at home for my own collection.
Remember, you are also not allowed to dig for fossils in Alberta.
How can you tell if the fossils is genuine?

We have been studying, collecting, digging up and purchasing fossils for over 8 years. We learned to identify them.
Do you ever get fake fossils?

We do when we order from sources we do not know or trust, but we never sell them to our customers. We count them as our loss. Therefore, we try to only order from those we know and trust.
How long will it take to ship/receive my order?

Orders may take up to one week to process. Please note we do not work during Christmas Holidays from December 15 through January 2. Please place your orders accordingly.
We can ship worldwide using Express Post. Shipments within Canada may take up to one week or longer depending on Canada Post operations.
Are there special discounts for locals?

Absolutely! We offer free delivery within Edmonton for purchases over $75 or f you are coming to town you are welcome to arrange a porch pick-up. We are located in the south central side of Edmonton.
What is your cancelation and return policy?

You may cancel at anytime if your order has not been shipped yet. Please send us an e-mail at mesozoicdinofossils@gmail.com
We do not accept returns if you changed your mind. But if the item arrived damaged please send us an email to mesozoicdinofossils@gmail.com with pictures of the damage and we will send a new one.
